For faster help, include your app version, device type, approximate time of the issue, and any support/debug ID shown in the app. Do not send full customer payment details, card numbers, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive customer information.
You can delete your account in the VoiceBillr app from Settings. Account deletion removes VoiceBillr-controlled account data where technically possible, including business profile records, customers, invoices, estimates, jobs, stored recordings, logos, and uploaded proof photos.
If you cannot access the app or need help with a deletion request, email support@voicebillr.com from the email address associated with your account.
If you subscribed through the iOS app, manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple App Store subscription settings. Canceling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Apple handles refund requests for Apple-billed subscriptions. If something went wrong with VoiceBillr, contact support so we can investigate and help explain the issue.
To request a refund for an Apple-billed subscription, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com flow. VoiceBillr cannot directly refund Apple-managed purchases.
VoiceBillr drafts invoices and estimates from information you provide. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always review and edit customer details, line items, prices, taxes, totals, notes, and due terms before sending.
