VoiceBillr helps contractors and field-service businesses create invoice and estimate drafts from job information, including voice recordings. The app provides tools to review drafts, edit line items, add proof photos, generate customer links, send emails, create payment links, track payment status, manage customers, and view basic reports.
VoiceBillr drafts invoices and estimates for your review. You are responsible for checking and approving customer details, addresses, descriptions, line items, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, fees, notes, payment terms, due dates, totals, and delivery details before sending anything to a customer.
VoiceBillr may use AI, speech-to-text, and parsing services to transcribe recordings and draft invoice or estimate fields. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, duplicated, mistranslated, or based on misunderstood audio or text.
You must review and edit every draft before sending. VoiceBillr does not guarantee that transcriptions, translations, customer details, line items, prices, taxes, totals, notes, or payment terms are accurate.
Do not rely on VoiceBillr as a substitute for your own review, judgment, licensing obligations, customer agreements, accounting process, or legal compliance.
VoiceBillr is not a tax, accounting, legal, financial, insurance, employment, or business advisor. Reports, tax amounts, summaries, payment records, and invoice totals are provided for convenience and recordkeeping only.
You are responsible for your own tax rates, filings, licenses, customer contracts, refund policies, pricing, compliance obligations, and business records. Consult a qualified professional before relying on VoiceBillr for tax, accounting, legal, or financial decisions.
VoiceBillr may help you create payment links through Stripe, Square, or other supported providers you connect. Those providers process card data and payment activity under their own terms, fees, risk controls, dispute rules, and privacy policies.
VoiceBillr is not the merchant of record for services you sell to your customers. You, not VoiceBillr, are responsible for the work you perform, the invoice you send, customer disputes, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment-provider compliance, and customer communications.
If a customer pays outside Stripe or Square, such as by cash, check, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer, or another manual method, you are responsible for confirming that you actually received the money before marking an invoice paid.
If VoiceBillr offers paid app access, subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund decisions under Apple's terms.
Unless a subscription or refund policy says otherwise, canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If Apple grants a refund, VoiceBillr may remove or adjust paid access tied to that purchase.
Refund requests for Apple-billed subscriptions must be submitted to Apple, including through reportaproblem.apple.com. VoiceBillr cannot directly refund Apple-managed purchases.
Payment links sent to your customers are for real-world contractor services and are separate from VoiceBillr app-access subscriptions.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact customers and send invoices, estimates, payment links, receipts, reminders, or job updates. Customer contact details should be used only for legitimate business communications.
Automated SMS is not part of the public launch unless explicitly enabled after required registration and compliance work is complete. If VoiceBillr provides copy-link or "text from my phone" tools, you send those messages from your own device and are responsible for the message and recipient.
You can delete your account in the VoiceBillr app from Settings. Account deletion removes VoiceBillr-controlled account data where technically possible. Some records may remain with third parties, such as payment providers, email providers, app stores, customers, or backup and security systems retained for a limited period.

VoiceBillr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, provider, payment account, customer email system, or workflow.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these terms by posting a newer version. Continued use of VoiceBillr after changes means you accept the updated terms.
